On 11th February 2010 the Austrian Commission for UNESCO in cooperation with TermNet invited to the opening event of the one-year project Go4Diversity that took place into KulturCafé ORF in Vienna. With the panel discussion, the core objective of the new project was presented:
Encouraging a positive debate on cultural diversity, migration and integration in Austria. The high-level panel attracted a big, interested audience to the radio culture.
Maria Vassilakou, Eser Akbaba, Kenan Güngör, Bernhard Perchinig and Julya Rabinowich discussed about two hours on the challenges and prospects of this highly topical subject moderated by Florian Klenk. What does it mean to live in Austria as a migrant? How do experts see the current situation?
