Multilingualism, which is consciously lived and cultivated, is the prerequisite for fostering intercultural dialogue and cultural diversity. Within the framework of its research on language awareness in Burgenland’s primary schools, a study group of the University of Vienna conducted workshops for pupils and their parents addressing multilingualism in schools. Their results were presented in cooperation with the College of Education in Burgenland on 13th December at 16:30 at the primary school of Parndorf, Burgenland.
