2010 is the year of the World Cup in South Africa. Within the initiative ,Fair Play' from VIDC (Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation) Go4Diversity carried out activities against discrimination in Austrian football and sports and demonstrated strategies for migrants and locals on how to handle it. Both the Caritas Graz-Seckau and the Africa Center ranked among our project partners on site.

The 7th Chiala'Afriqas Festival 2010 was fully dedicated to the World Cup. From June 10th to 20th numerous events took place all around Graz, among them a soccer tournament for youths and young adults in the Augartenpark. It was all about mutually enriching encounters with and between Austria's teen migrants, asylum seekers and refugees and their messages to the public documented in a film.
